Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional to handle document and KYC verification, field visits, audits, and compliance-related activities. The role involves extensive coordination with customers, field teams, internal stakeholders, and external parties while ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Conduct document verification and validate the authenticity and completeness of submitted documents.

Perform KYC verification in accordance with company policies and applicable compliance requirements.

Undertake field visits and audits across assigned locations to verify Retailer, Distributors,

business, or case-related information.

Collect, review, and document information obtained during field visits.

Identify discrepancies, gaps, or potential compliance issues and report them to the concerned team.

Prepare accurate field reports, verification reports, and audit documentation.

Maintain proper records of all verification activities and supporting documents.

Coordinate with customers, clients, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders for timely completion of assignments.

Ensure all activities are completed within defined timelines and compliance standards.

Travel extensively across India as required for field verification, audits, and related assignments.

Requirements

Experience in sales, field operations, verification, audit, investigation, or similar field-based roles will be preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documents and information.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple field assignments.

Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and digital reporting tools.

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel will be an advantage.
