Key Responsibilities
• Collect documents such as Adhara Card, PAN Card, photographs, signatures, and thumb impressions from customers.
• Conduct background verification checks as per company policies and compliance guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of collected documents.
• Maintain systematic records and organize all documentation securely.
• Verify authenticity of documents and promptly report any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Operations/HR teams for status updates and verification reports.
• Handle confidential customer data with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
