Field Surveyor

Job Title: Trainee Field Engineer.

Location: Gangtok, Sikkim

Qualification: Diploma/ITI/Graduate/Higher Secondary.

Experience: Fresher.

Probation Period: 9 to 11 months.

Salary: ₹16,600 per month (PAN India), with additional incentives for extra work, Based on MPQ.
•MPQ Based,MPQ= Minimum Product Quantity. Salary/Stipend linked with quality & quantity output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive surveys through the mobile application at assigned locations.

• Ensure accurate and timely data collection and submission using the app.

• Meet the required daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.

• Maintain professionalism while interacting with respondents and ensure data confidentiality.

• Report field progress and challenges to the supervisor regularly.

Requirements:

• Must own a smartphone with reliable internet access.

• Ability to use mobile applications efficiently.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in the field.

• Basic data-entry skills and attention to detail.

• Prior survey or fieldwork experience is an advantage
