Installation & Commissioning:
Install and commission UPS systems, inverters, and battery banks at customer sites.
Perform electrical and mechanical checks to ensure proper installation and functionality.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on batteries, inverters, and UPS systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electrical systems, inverters, and battery configurations.
Provide corrective actions and recommend system improvements to customers.
Repair & Replacement:
Repair, replace, and test faulty components of UPS systems, inverters, and batteries.
Ensure high standards of quality and safety during repair operations.
Customer Support & Training:
Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product operation and maintenance.
Train customer personnel on proper use and maintenance of UPS, battery, and inverter systems.
Offer troubleshooting advice and recommend best practices for system uptime.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Complete detailed service reports and update system logs after each visit.
Communicate effectively with the management team and customers regarding ongoing issues or upcoming service schedules.
Inventory Management:
Ensure availability of spare parts and tools necessary for repair and service activities.
Track and report on inventory usage and order replacement parts as needed.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety standards and company procedures while working on-site.
Promote a safe working environment by following regulatory requirements and conducting safety audits.
