Key Responsibilities:
· Property Valuation:
Conduct valuations for residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties for purposes such as loan applications, mortgages, asset management, and more.
· Site Inspections:
Perform thorough inspections of properties, both externally and internally. Document condition, special features, and any issues impacting valuation.
· Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated on local property trends, conduct comparative market analysis, and study zoning regulations, recent sales, and other influencing factors.
· Report Preparation:
Draft comprehensive and well-structured valuation reports, detailing methodology, findings, and market rationale.
· Data Management:
Gather, organize, and analyze property-related data including title documents, sanctioned plans, encumbrance records, etc.
· Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise effectively with clients, bankers, legal advisors, and external vendors to facilitate smooth workflows and client satisfaction.
