We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, developing new customer relationships, and maintaining existing accounts through field visits and direct interactions.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Visit potential customers for new business and develop relationships.
Manage and grow existing customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) for smooth order processing and delivery.
12th /Graduates
1–4 years of field sales experience (FMCG, Retail, Telecom, B2B preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in local language (Tamil) and basic English.
Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai.
Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
₹15,000 – ₹24,500 per month (based on experience) + Incentives + Travel Allowance
