This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about technology, customer service, and field operations. The role involves assisting customers, ensuring smooth product installations, and providing on-site technical and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support, installation, and basic troubleshooting for clients.

• Assist in identifying customer needs and offering suitable product or service solutions.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Support the sales and service teams in achieving business objectives.

• Report daily field activities and customer feedback to the management team.

• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Diploma holders may also apply).

• Experience: 0 – 1 year of experience in field support / sales / technical support.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with technology.

• Willingness to travel for client visits and field work.

• Self-motivated with a customer-oriented approach.
