Field Supervisor

We are looking for a FIELD SUPEVISOR to join our team at V S Enterprises to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field-based role responsible for sourcing and recruiting male and female candidates for company positions.
  Conduct outreach activities to identify and attract potential candidates.
  Verify candidate documents on a daily basis to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  Coordinate and manage the end-to-end joining process efficiently.
  Ensure all onboarding formalities are completed in a timely and professional manner..

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and candidate must be a fresher. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
