Job Responsibilities

- Supervise cleaning staff and daily cleaning activities

- Allocate cleaning work to team members

- Visit customer locations and monitor service quality

- Ensure proper cleaning standards and customer satisfaction

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

- Check staff attendance, punctuality and performance

- Coordinate with the CHAKACHAK office team

- Maintain daily work and service reports

- Take before/after service photos when required

👤 Candidate Requirements

- Experience in housekeeping, cleaning services or facility management preferred

- Previous supervisory experience will be an advantage

- Good communication and team-management skills

- Hindi required; basic English/Marathi preferred

- Must be comfortable travelling to customer locations

- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge

- Responsible, punctual and presentable

- Ability to manage a team and handle customers professionally

💰 Salary & Benefits

In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000/month

Additional Daily Allowances:

- 🚗 Travel Allowance: ₹100/day

- 🍱 Food Allowance: ₹100/day

Total Daily Allowance: ₹200/day

Approx. monthly earning can be around ₹20,200.
