Job Overview:
The Medical Department Supervisor (Ambulance Coordination) will oversee field-level ambulance operations, hospital coordination, and patient transfer processes. The role involves close interaction with hospital staff, drivers, and medical teams to ensure seamless coordination for ground and air ambulance movements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hospitals, ICUs, and emergency wards for patient transfer arrangements.
Manage field-level operations for ambulance dispatch and monitoring.
Communicate between hospital staff, patients’ families, and the Air Rescue operations team.
Supervise the timely pick-up and drop-off of patients as per the guidance of the medical team.
Maintain logs, reports, and feedback for all ambulance activities.
Ensure smooth coordination for air and train ambulance patient handovers.
Support marketing and awareness efforts related to ambulance and evacuation services.
Requirements:
Gender: Male
Experience: 0–2 years (Experience in ambulance/hospital coordination preferred)
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any stream (Medical or Paramedical preferred)
Skills:
Strong communication and coordination ability
Presentable and professional attitude
Valid driving license and ability to drive (two/four-wheeler)
Good local area knowledge
Ability to handle emergency communication calmly
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel)
