Job Location:

📍 Primary Site: Berikai, Hosur

📍 Office (Weekly 1–2 Days): HSR Layout, Bangalore

Work Schedule:

·       Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

·        Frequent travel to site required – min. 5 days/week

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at our project site. The role involves supervising site activities, tracking expenses, and preparing daily & weekly reports. The candidate must ensure smooth and timely execution of the project while coordinating effectively with contractors, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Daily monitoring and supervision of ongoing site works and labour activities
🔹 Ensure work is progressing as per plan, deadlines, and safety standards
🔹 Maintain site records – attendance, material usage, vendor visits, etc.
🔹 Track and record daily expenses & maintain proper documentation
🔹 Prepare daily/weekly project reports and submit to management
🔹 Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and management for requirements
🔹 Identify and report challenges at site proactively along with solutions
🔹 Ensure tools, materials and resources are used efficiently
🔹 Visit office weekly once/twice for reporting, expense book-keeping, and discussions

Candidate Profile

✔ Strong communication in English & Tamil (required)
✔ Knowledge of MS Excel & basic computer skills
✔ Good observation & problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to manage labour and vendors with professionalism
✔ Should be proactive, disciplined, and responsible by nature

Mandatory Requirements

Candidate must have their own two-wheeler
Willingness to travel frequently between site & office
Prior experience in construction / site coordination / civil supervision is preferred (not mandatory for the right candidate)
