Position Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Team Lead who will be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading on-ground executives, and driving paid merchant acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor sales teams while meeting business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of field sales executives to drive paid subscription sales.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Conduct daily meetings to ensure sales inputs and productivity.
Manage hiring, training, performance monitoring, and retention of the sales team.
Engage in consultative selling, product demonstrations, and client acquisition.
Monitor sales funnel, track KPIs, and improve conversion rates.
Conduct joint field visits with team members when required.
Drive team performance through incentives, promotions, and mentoring.
Ensure timely reporting in prescribed formats.
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream (minimum 60% in Graduation OR 12th).
2–6+ years of relevant experience (Indiamart, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Quikr preferred).
Strong background in field sales, cold calling, and client acquisition.
