Be the growth engine on the ground - bringing local businesses and job seekers onto the platform and help enable employment.

What will you do?

As a JobsUPI Community Growth Executive, you will spread awareness about JobsUPI among, skilled (NSDC, ITI] and unskilled workers (Industry Clusters, Villages) and onboard them on JobsUPI platform, as well as identify, visit and onboard MSMEs, factories, and workshops in your assigned area

Who can apply?

Students who are:

• Are comfortable with field work and direct interaction with business owners and job seekers

• Are interested in sales, business development, and startups

• Want to build real-world experience in hiring/ground operations

• Have strong communication and persuasion skills

• Own an Android smartphone

• Have access to a two-wheeler for local travel
  

What do you gain?

• Performance-linked incentive: Annual package up to ₹4,80,000 up to ₹40,000 per month

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month

- Variable Salary: Incentives up to ₹20,000 per month basis performance (clear, trackable)
