What will you do?
As a JobsUPI Community Growth Executive, you will spread awareness about JobsUPI among, skilled (NSDC, ITI] and unskilled workers (Industry Clusters, Villages) and onboard them on JobsUPI platform, move them to job location.
Who can apply?
Are comfortable with field work and direct interaction with business owners and job seekers
Are interested in sales, business development, and startups
Want to build real-world experience in hiring/ground operations
Have strong communication and persuasion skills
Own an Android smartphone
Have access to a two-wheeler for local travel
