A leading German multinational company in the pet industry is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Representative for market development and sales.

📍 Reporting Location: Shivpur, Varanasi
💼 Employment: Distributor Payroll / Off-Role
🎯 Role: Field Sales & Market Development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the assigned market territory.

• Regularly visit pet shops, retailers, distributors, breeders and other relevant customers.

• Generate orders and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities.

• Maintain relationships with existing retailers and channel partners.

• Explore and develop new territories within the assigned area.

• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends.

• Promote and increase sales of the company's pet food products.

• Submit regular market and sales reports.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of hardcore field/market sales experience.

• Experience in the pet food/pet industry will be preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with extensive field travel and market visits.

• Own motorbike/scooter is mandatory.

• Smartphone is mandatory.

• Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.

• Candidates with good knowledge of the Varanasi market will be preferred.

💰 Target & Reimbursement

• Candidate will be assigned a fixed monthly sales target.

• Performance will be evaluated based on sales achievement and market development.

• Petrol expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

• Performance-based incentives may be provided based on target achievement.

📌 Important

This is an off-role position on the distributor's payroll. The candidate will work for the distributor and represent the company's products in the assigned territory.
