Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a science background, be eager to learn, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role involves meeting clients in person, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits.
Meet prospective and existing customers to present products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Submit daily sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.
Requirements
Science background preferred.
Proven experience in field sales or direct sales is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills and learning attitude are welcome.
Eager to learn and grow professionally.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel locally.
