Field Sales Representative / Field Recruiter –

Location: Saki Naka, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time | Field Job

Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month + incentives

Job Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers and onboard them for electric vehicle (EV) rental services.

- Explain Bounce Infinity’s EV rental plans, pricing, process, and benefits to customers.

- Generate leads through field visits, local market activities, and referrals.

- Complete customer KYC and onboarding formalities.

- Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle allocation and customer activation.

- Maintain daily customer onboarding and sales reports.

- Achieve assigned monthly onboarding and sales targets.

Requirements

- 6 months–2 years of experience in field sales, field recruitment, customer acquisition, or business development preferred.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with extensive field work.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

- Candidates with experience in EV, rental, delivery, logistics, BFSI, telecom, or FMCG field sales can apply.
