Shiv Shakti Constructions and Suppliers is an Authorized Distributor of premium uPVC profiles including Barbarika and Jinwin (Make of KAKA Industries Ltd.). We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our market presence in the building materials segment.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by visiting builders, fabricators, contractors, architects, hardware dealers, and construction companies. The role requires regular market visits, lead generation, product presentations, and explaining technical features of uPVC profiles for windows and doors. The Sales Executive must actively work towards achieving monthly sales targets and expanding the dealer network in the assigned territory.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, handling order processing, coordinating dispatch and delivery, and ensuring timely payment follow-ups. Regular reporting of daily visits, leads, conversion status, and competitor activities to management will be required. Market feedback and pricing trends must be monitored to support business growth strategies.
Applicants should have 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, uPVC profiles, aluminum systems, hardware, or related construction products. Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred), confidence in client interaction, and a target-driven attitude are essential. Candidates must be self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel locally for sales visits. Two-wheeler with valid driving license will be preferred.
