Internship Opportunity – Customer Onboarding & Business Development - On Field(Job Portal)

JHD – The Complete Solutions is a Mumbai-based software company developing business automation products and online platforms including a job portal and business directory for Indian service businesses.

We are expanding our platform and looking for energetic, confident, and communication-driven interns to help onboard businesses, understand their hiring needs, and list them on our portal.

Key Responsibilities :

● Visit the business place in the assigned city (Must have your own vehicle).

● Enquire whether they:

○ Have any current job vacancies, or

○ Would like to list their business in our directory portal.

● Explain the benefits of:

○ Listing vacancies on our job portal

○ Registering their business profile on our directory

● Collect correct business details:

○ Business name, address, contact person, category, vacancies, etc.

● Coordinate with internal team for:

○ Profile creation

○ Vacancy posting

● Maintain call records and follow-ups in shared sheets/CRM

Who Can Apply

○ Sales & Marketing

○ Client handling

● Freshers and final-year students looking for practical corporate exposure.

Required Skills & Qualities

● Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English; regional language is a plus)

● Confidence in speaking to business owners on phone

● Polite, convincing, and professional approach

● Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp)

● Willingness to learn sales and onboarding process

● Self-discipline to work from home (Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or internships is a plus but not mandatory.)
