GLOWZ Lighting Company is looking for a confident and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate should have good English communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. The role involves visiting clients, generating new business, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers, dealers, architects, builders, and interior designers.
Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Promote and explain Glowz Lighting products.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
Coordinate with the office team for order processing and delivery.
Submit daily visit and sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
Good spoken English, Hindi and Bengali.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional personality and positive attitude.
Willing to travel for field visits.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred. (optional)
Experience in field sales is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
