Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers and businesses in assigned areas.

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, and local networking.

• Explain company products/services to prospective customers.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, and sales.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the backend/sales team for lead processing and follow-ups.

• Submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with field work and travelling locally.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.

• Hindi communication is essential; basic English is preferred.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Previous field sales experience will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹10,000–₹20,000/month + attractive performance incentives
