Key Responsibilities
Visit independent automobile workshops across assigned areas.
Identify and qualify workshops (Hot/Warm/Cold leads).
Collect market data, lubricant usage, buying and payment behavior.
Build relationships with workshop owners/mechanics and generate first-order interest.
Share market feedback and maintain daily visit/reporting trackers.
Preferred Experience
Field sales in automotive aftermarket, lubricants, spare parts, tyres, batteries, or channel sales.
Exposure to workshops, mechanics, retailers, or distributors is preferred.
Candidate Requirements
Strong field sales orientation with daily travel across Delhi/NCR.
Good communication in Hindi (basic English preferred).
Comfortable using smartphones, Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp for reporting.
Local market knowledge; own two-wheeler preferred.
