Job Description:-
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients on-site, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:-
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Conduct field visits, meet prospective clients/customers, and present product/service offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert prospects into sales.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Understand client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of daily meetings, visits, and sales activities.
Update CRM/Field Sense app (or company software) with daily tasks and customer updates.
Submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager.
Market Research
Gather feedback from the market and report competitor activities.
Identify new trends and opportunities to expand market reach.
Coordination
Work closely with internal teams such as operations, customer support, and marketing to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (industry-specific experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if applicable).
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B/B2C sales.
Knowledge of the local market/territory.
Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
