About the Role

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives/Interns to promote and sell our range of medical devices to retail pharmacies, medical equipment stores, and wholesalers across Delhi NCR. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and interns who want to build a career in B2B sales and healthcare.

Products to Sell

• Digital Thermometers

• Blood Pressure (BP) Monitors

• Glucometers & Test Strips

• Nebulizers

• Pulse Oximeters

• Other home healthcare and medical devices

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail medical stores, pharmacies, and wholesalers in assigned territories.

• Generate new business opportunities and onboard new dealers.

• Promote and demonstrate medical devices to customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

• Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.

• Ensure timely order collection and follow up on deliveries and payments.

• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates, final-year students, or interns are encouraged to apply.

• Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., BA, MBA, or equivalent).

• Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Candidates with strong communication and negotiation skills will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in meeting customers face-to-face.

• Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.

• Self-driven with a willingness to travel within Delhi NCR.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Candidates

• Interns looking for hands-on field sales experience.

• Freshers interested in building a career in medical device or healthcare sales.

• Candidates with their own two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
