Growth: High growth opportunities based on performance
Close sales through cold calling, field visits, presentations, and direct customer interaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions.
Identify prospects and implement effective sales strategies.
Maintain and regularly update the customer/client database.
Share daily performance reports and market feedback with the team.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Comfortable using mobile apps, WhatsApp, and basic computer tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work on-field if required.
