JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

Division: Prefab & UPVC
Location: Tambaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and generate sales for our Prefabricated Products and UPVC Doors & Windows division. The candidate should have field sales experience, good communication skills, and the ability to develop new customers in and around Tambaram.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers through field visits, cold calling, and market networking.

• Promote prefabricated cabins, portable offices, UPVC doors, windows, and related products.

• Visit builders, contractors, architects, real estate developers, and construction sites to generate business leads.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and prospective orders.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular field visit reports.

• Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure timely follow-up and order closure.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of field sales experience.

• Experience in real estate, construction materials, building products, or related industries is preferred.

• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

• Must be familiar with Tambaram and the surrounding areas.

• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Must be an immediate joiner.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
