🔍 Job Overview:

We are urgently hiring Field Sales Executives in Kolkata for a leading Fintech / Digital Payments company. The role involves merchant onboarding, QR code sales, Sound box sales, and micro-insurance selling.

This is a field sales job suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in banking, fintech, or telecom sales.

💰 Salary & Incentives:

Fresher Salary: ₹19,000 CTC | ₹15,500 In-hand

Experienced Salary (Fintech/Banking/Telecom): ₹25,000 - 27000 CTC | ₹20,000 to 22,000 In-hand

Team Lead Experience (Fintech): ₹34000 - 45000 CTC | ₹30,000- 40000 In-hand

🎯 Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000/month (Performance-based, unlimited earning potential)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities (Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition):

Shop-to-shop visits for lead generation and merchant onboarding

Sell and promote QR Codes, Soundbox Devices, and Digital Payment Solutions

Cross-sell micro-insurance and financial products

Handle KYC documentation and onboarding process

Educate merchants about UPI, QR payments, and fintech products

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Ensure installation and activation of devices at merchant locations

Build long-term relationships with retailers and small businesses

Provide after-sales service and issue resolution

Maintain sales reports and field activity records

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass

Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Experience in Field Sales / FMCG / Telecom / Banking / Fintech preferred

Good communication and convincing skills

Must be comfortable with field work and target-based sales
