Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, kiosks, events, and corporate tie-ups.
Promote and sell credit card products to individual customers.
Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, rewards programs, and eligibility criteria.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Assist customers in completing application forms and collecting required documents.
Verify customer information and ensure accurate documentation.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and customer support.
