Job Role

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Officers to join our financial services team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.

• Meet customers and understand their loan requirements.

• Explain suitable loan products, eligibility, and documentation.

• Follow up with customers and coordinate for loan processing.

• Maintain daily lead and customer records.

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

• Build strong relationships with customers and referral partners.

Loan Products

Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), Education Loan and other financial products.

Salary & Benefits

💰 Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.

• Two-wheeler preferred.

• Banking, finance, insurance, loan, or sales experience is an advantage.
