Job Title: Sales Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
