Sales Executive / Sales Officer – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers/clients and explain the company’s products and services.

Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and other business development activities.

Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales/business opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Conduct market research and collect information about competitors and market trends.

Maintain daily records of sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and client meetings.

Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Comfortable with field sales and client visits.

Hindi and Kannada communication skills will be an advantage.

Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred for field-sales roles.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
