Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential customers.
Promote and sell company products/services directly to consumers.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through references, campaigns, and market research.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Provide daily updates and sales reports to the management team.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / B2C Sales preferred.
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
Must be willing to travel locally for client visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
