We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth for our plywood and aluminum/UPVC window products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients in the infrastructure, construction, lighting, and furniture industries, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field-based activities.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, lighting, and furniture sectors.
Visit clients, contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers to promote plywood, aluminium, and UPVC window products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and share feedback with management.
Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and daily field activity logs.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and operations) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Strong field sales and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Knowledge of plywood, aluminum, UPVC windows, and building material products (preferred).
Familiarity with the infrastructure and construction ecosystem.
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in field sales within building materials, construction, or furniture industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
