Job Description
Robotek India, a growing manufacturer of mobile accessories, is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Officers across India. The role involves lead generation, dealer/distributor development, and sales growth in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential dealers, distributors, retailers, and wholesalers
Visit markets, shops, and potential clients regularly to promote Robotek India products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct product presentations and explain features, pricing, and schemes
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements
Coordinate with the internal sales and support team for order processing and follow-ups
Ensure timely payment collection and resolve customer issues if any
Submit daily/weekly field reports to management
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream)
1–3 years of experience in field sales (mobile accessories, electronics, FMCG preferred)
Freshers with strong communication and field sales interest can also apply
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Must own a two-wheeler (preferred)
