Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage distributor operations and ensure healthy stock levels.
Increase primary and secondary sales.
Appoint new retailers and expand market coverage.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Execute trade schemes, promotions, and market activations.
Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
Ensure timely collections and control outstanding payments.
Prepare daily sales reports and market visit reports (DSR/MSR).
