Field Sales Officer

Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a charming personality, and a passion for selling luxury properties. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling luxury properties directly to clients. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable engaging with potential buyers and has the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales activities including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals for luxury properties.

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

• Present property features, benefits, and pricing to prospective buyers in a compelling manner.

• Attend meetings, events, and property showcases to network and generate leads.

• Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding property availability, terms, and conditions.

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.

• Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and strategies to attract potential buyers.

Skills Needed: The ability and desire to sell.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Grade (Higher qualifications such as graduation or post-graduation are desirable but not mandatory).

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Well-groomed appearance and pleasant demeanor.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and stand for extended periods.

• Valid driver's license and access to own transportation preferred.
