Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Field Sales Manager – B2B to join our sales team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, meeting potential clients, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

• Visit potential corporate clients and explain the company's products or services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.

• Negotiate with clients and close business deals.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain daily sales reports and update lead information.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 0–2 years in sales, field sales, or business development.

• Freshers can also apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in meeting clients and conducting field visits.

• Basic negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work towards sales targets.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
