To drive primary and secondary sales, appoint and manage distributors, ensure product visibility, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Sales & Distribution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure regular secondary sales through distributors and retailers.
Expand distribution coverage by appointing new distributors and retailers.
Market Development
Identify potential markets and ensure product availability.
Plan and execute local marketing activities and in-store promotions.
Visibility & Merchandising
Ensure proper product display and branding at retail points.
Monitor stock levels and product freshness at distributor and retailer points.
Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily sales reports, competitor analysis, and market feedback.
Coordinate with the ASM for strategic sales planning.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
Handle market issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in biscuits, confectionery, or bakery products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
