We are Hiring Field Sales Executive
Hiring Company: ManpowerGroup( Berger Paints )
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and value sales for assigned stores.
Maintain store hygiene, merchandising, and stock management.
Generate sales through project and institutional sales activities.
Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, and project locations to identify business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
Ensure timely reporting and market feedback.
Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in channel sales preferred
Freshers with an interest in field sales are also welcome
Candidates from the following industries are preferred:
Plywood
Laminates
Glassware
Furniture
Interior Products
Lubricants
Electrical Products
Candidates from insurance and banking sales backgrounds may also apply.
Salary & Benefits
₹18k upto 21k per month (Take-home Salary)
Travel Allowance 5k
Attractive Incentives upto 35k

Minimum Any Graduate
