Job Description – Sales Officer
Key Responsibilities
Visit 40 retail outlets daily and achieve a minimum of 15 productive calls.
Promote Meiyal Masala products and convert outlets into regular customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive secondary sales growth.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper shelf placement at retail outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
Identify new outlets and expand market coverage.
Communicate product schemes and promotional offers to retailers.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collection when required.
Support small-quantity product delivery whenever required.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Submit daily market visit reports and sales updates.
Eligibility Criteria
1–3 years of experience in FMCG or field sales preferred.
Freshers with an interest in field sales may also apply.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
