Job Description:
This is a complete field-based role focused on providing broadband services to customers and expanding the company’s presence in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide broadband services and support to customers in the assigned area.
Promote broadband products and plans through door-to-door and local area marketing activities.
Identify and onboard new customers.
Explain service benefits, plans, and offers clearly to customers.
Complete customer KYC verification and documentation accurately.
Coordinate with the technical team for new installations and service activation.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and customer conversions.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to work outdoors and travel within the assigned area.
Basic understanding of documents required for KYC.
Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in field sales or telecom services is an advantage.
