Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer to expand our market presence in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG sales, distributor handling, market coverage, and retailer relationship management. The role involves achieving sales targets, increasing product availability, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Appoint new retailers and expand market coverage.

• Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors on a daily basis.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.

• Generate secondary sales through distributors.

• Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.

• Execute promotional activities and trade schemes in the assigned territory.

• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.

• Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.

• Prepare daily sales reports and submit market feedback.

• Resolve customer and distributor issues promptly.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and stock availability.

Required Skills

• FMCG sales experience.

• Distributor and dealer management.

• Retail sales and market expansion.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Relationship-building abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of experience in FMCG sales.

• Experience handling General Trade (GT) markets.

• Familiarity with Jaipur market is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
