Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell alarm monitoring services to residential and small business customers
• Generate leads through field visits, references, events, and digital channels
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Develop local partnerships and enhance brand visibility
• Provide market insights and competitor feedback
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Graduate (MBA/B.Tech preferred) with 2–8 years of experience
• Experience in B2C / direct field sales is mandatory
• Background in telecom, fintech, consumer durables, or security systems preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Target-driven with a proactive and go-getter attitude
• Comfortable with field sales and direct customer interaction
