Job Title: Mortgage Sales Officer – Field Sales
Location: Vadodara – Genda Circle, Waghodia
Department: Mortgage Sales

CTC: ₹2.30 LPA – ₹2.90 LPA + Incentives
Gender: Male / Female
Interview: 8th October 2026 | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Generate leads for Home Loan / Mortgage Loan products through various channels.
Identify potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
Meet customers and explain suitable loan products and eligibility.
Develop relationships with customers and generate new business.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the loan process.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
Regularly travel within the assigned area for customer meetings and business development.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate from any stream.
Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
Candidates with prior BFSI / Banking / Financial Services experience will have an added advantage.
Must be comfortable with field sales and travelling.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Should be comfortable meeting customers and generating business.
