Job Title: Sales Officer
Industry: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in BFSI Sales
Salary Range: ₹20,500 – ₹27,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and Sales Officer with at least 1 year of experience in the BFSI sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers for financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads through field sales and referrals
Promote banking / insurance / financial products to customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct customer meetings and follow-ups
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and BFSI regulations

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer handling ability
Graduation preferred
Ability to work in field sales environment
Target-driven and self-motivated

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,500 – ₹27,000 per month
