Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and generate new loan leads
Build relationships with local dealers, agents, and market sources
Explain loan products and guide customers through the application process
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful loan disbursals
Achieve monthly targets for customer acquisition and business growth
Skill Set Required
Good communication & convincing skills
Field sales or marketing experience (preferred)
Basic understanding of loans/finance (can be trained)
Target-oriented mindset
Local market knowledge
