Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in person, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits
Meet potential customers and present products/services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct market research and track competitor activities
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing

Requirements

Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good knowledge of the local market and routes
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
Basic understanding of MS Office / CRM tools
