Job Description – Sales Executive
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Paschim Midnapur, Diamond Harbour, Baruipur
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to develop and expand the business related to Supreme Pipes & Fittings, Kirloskar, and CRI Pumps. . The candidate should have strong market knowledge, dealer handling experience, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the dealer and retailer network.
Appoint new dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.
Generate primary and secondary sales.
Visit dealers and retailers regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Collect payments (where applicable) and follow up on outstanding dues.
Submit daily visit reports and sales reports.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers or 2–3 years of sales experience in pipes, building materials, sanitaryware, hardware, electrical, paints, cement, or FMCG distribution.
Experience in dealer and retailer network development.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
