Nykaa – Business Development Executive (B2B Field Sales) JD

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Industry: FMCG / Cosmetics / Personal Care

Job Responsibilities:

Visit retailers daily in the assigned territory.

Onboard new cosmetic and general trade stores.

Generate primary and secondary sales.

Build and maintain strong retailer relationships.

Ensure product availability and visibility.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Submit daily market visit reports and competitor updates.

Eligibility:

Minimum 1 year of B2B Field Sales experience in FMCG/Cosmetics/Personal Care.

Local candidate preferred.

Bike & valid driving license mandatory.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Age: Up to 35 years.

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Salary & Benefits:

₹18,000–₹21,000 In-hand
