Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA).
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA sales goals set by the bank.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships by understanding customer banking needs.
Market Research: Conduct outreach and identify potential clients through local market studies.
Cross-Selling: Promote other banking products and services to increase revenue.
Reporting: Prepare regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
